Where It All Started
Coming home from July 4th weekend, my mother had me take back a tote that she had found during her move and said it had some art stuff of mine in it. Thinking I had long lost these first images I returned home to find them at the bottom of this small tote. I was so excited that I had to take a picture! These are all a part of Fazzle's first litter on Wolf Mountain [except for the black and white head shot] and the beginnings of my art career.
Happy 1 Year Anniversary to Jackie and Steve!
So it has been a year now since one of my good friends has been dating her boyfriend Steve. I had meant to meet him months before but never had a chance due to the move I had made from pennsylvania to maryland. So instead they decided to visit the area and stay for a weekend to visit. I was more than thrilled.
Steve had got in contact with me soon after they had made the plans and brought up this fabulous idea about the gift he was putting together for her. He was making word art for their one year that spelt out her name and I thought it was the best idea ever [being a fan myself]! He convinced me to do the border in an ivy pattern but not just any ivy. He was going stylistically for it and gave me several ideas to work with. Spending two nights planning and putting it together [while they were here]. I ended up getting it back to him just in time for him to present it to her and I couldn't be more happy with the results!
